Neel Hammond, M.D., J.D. is a lawyer and a doctor. As an attorney, Neel continues to assist and defend medical clients who are victims of the current medical system: providers, insurers, hospitals, and pharmaceutical companies. Neel practiced medicine for over 20 years, and he holds a law degree from the University of Montana, School of Law. He has extensive experience working with legal issues involving the practice of medicine and insurance disputes, including numerous presentations to the Montana Medical Legal Panel, briefing of medical negligence issues, depositions of medical experts, and court appearances.
