Mr. Ryan joined Racine Olson Nye Budge & Bailey in 2010. His practice is concentrated on environmental law, land use, and water law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ryan interned with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region IV and externed as a law clerk to the Honorable Jeffrey M. Sherlock of the First Judicial District Court of Montana in Helena.
