Ms. Russell graduated from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2006, where she developed her passion for family law serving as a guardian/attorney ad litem for child abuse victims in the child advocacy clinic. Prior to law school, Ms. Russell graduated magna cum laude from the University of Oklahoma where, in 2002, she received her Bachelor of Arts in both English and Psychology. She is a member of the highly regarded Phi Beta Kappa honors society, as well as Phi Beta Phi sorority. Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Ms. Russell lives in Dallas with her husband and new baby.
