Hambly, Charles A.

With over 20 years of legal experience, Linda has spent the last seven years practicing bankruptcy. Linda focuses on her clients and their needs.  She truly cares about her clients and wants to help people through their situation.  She has a simple philosophy: "Our journey through life is all about helping others."  The fact that she has a very small firm allows her to personally give each person the individual attention they need.

As former teacher who never stops educating (and learning!), she takes the time to teach people so that they are more comfortable with the process and know what to expect. 

Linda was born in Chicago but grew up in South Bend, Indiana a town famous for Studebaker cars, Singer sewing machines and “The Fighting Irish” of Notre Dame U.  She is still a fan of the Irish, the Chicago Cubbies and “da Bears.”

Linda moved to Austin after law school to work for the Supreme Court and has loved living in Austin ever since (minus the heat and traffic, of course!).  She has two wonderful children and a grand daughter; they are all the very lights of her life.
