Ms. Hale's practice includes commercial litigation, intellectual property litigation, probate, trust and TEDRA litigation, antitrust/consumer protection litigation, personal injury litigation and real estate litigation.
Professional Qualifications
Ms. Hale is a 2001 graduate of the University of Oregon where she played Division I soccer for the Ducks achieving Pac-10 accolades as an athlete and student. Ms. Hale graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law in the spring of 2006. Ms. Hale is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in the State of Washington and has also practiced in federal court in the Northern District of California. Ms. Hale was a presenter at the 12th Annual Probate, Trust and TEDRA Litigation CLE.
Community and Civic Activities
As a law student, Ms. Hale was a member of Spanish Street Law, participated in SELF (Sports and Entertainment Law Forum), and worked at the Civil Practice Clinic at Lane County Legal Aid Service. In the spring of 2006 Ms. Hale volunteered her time in San Antonio, Texas at Rio Grande Legal Aid working with Hurricane Katrina and Rita victims. In 2008, Ms. Hale volunteered her time to assist local disaster victims in the wake of the December 2007 flooding in Washington . Here, she helped low-income tenants understand their rights and obligations when units became uninhabitable due to water or structural damage. Ms. Hale is currently a member of the Service Girls. The Service Girls is a group of 12 women who volunteer their time on a monthly basis at local non-profits.
