Litigation Group. Mr. Russ focuses his litigation practice throughout the Federal and State Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, concentrating on the defense of lawsuits arising from various types of accidents involving auto/trucking, premises, products/machinery and construction as well as those involving professional malpractice. Mr. Russ also has litigation experience in the areas of subrogation, insurance coverage and construction defect. He has successfully represented insurance companies, third party administrators and self-insured in all aspects of civil litigation and has tried several cases to jury verdict.
