David Hager represents developers in connection with acquisitions and development of real estate assets including commercial and retail space. Mr. Hager also represents institutional lenders and borrowers in financing of commercial real estate assets and restructuring of existing investments including mortgage and mezzanine lending, senior secured facilities and participations and co-lender arrangements. He advises landlords and tenants on commercial leasing transactions.

Mr. Hager's recent representations include:

• The Durst Organization in connection with its negotiation with The Port Authority concerning a long-term rooftop antenna lease at One World Trade Center
• a car manufacturer in all aspects of its acquisition of a built-to-suit showroom facility in New York City
• a major national bank in a multi-state loan origination
• a tenant in its 285,000 square-foot data center facility lease in New Jersey
• multiple Fortune 500 companies in real estate issues arising in connection with merger and acquisition transactions

Mr. Hager received his J.D. cum laude in 2005 from Fordham University School of Law. He received his M.S. in management from Boston University in 1999 and his B.A. from Thomas Edison State College in 1995. Mr. Hager is a member of the New York, Connecticut and New Jersey State Bars.
