Robert M. Haight, an attorney with 45 years of legal experience, graduated from the University of San Francisco as an accounting specialist and from the school of law with a Doctor of Jurisprudence (“JD”) degree.  He also is a California licensed real estate broker.  His combined education pursuits (accounting, legal and real estate) have given him a unique background to assist debtors in negotiating a debt compromise or Chapter 7 bankruptcy solution.  Having been recognized by the Editorial Staff of the Consumer Business Review as Bankruptcy Attorney of the Year for both 2011 and 2012, Mr. Haight strives to meet the goals of his clients at an affordable legal expense.  You will not be disappointed with the service you receive from Mr. Haight and his legal team.

To fulfill the required continuing education hours for the State Bar, I have attended the Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA) legal education seminars on water law and bankruptcy conferences. I have attained a thorough understanding of the Federal Bankruptcy Code through research and study using Nolo publications and others as a library reference.
