Mr. Haile was previously associated with another labor and employment firm in Chicago prior to joining Laner, Muchin, Dombrow, Becker, Levin and Tominberg, Ltd. in May 2002. Mr. Haile has represented employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies in Illinois as well as several other states across the country. In addition to his litigation experience, Mr. Haile has counseled clients on employment discrimination, wage and hour laws, personnel records and other workplace issues. He has also presented seminars on numerous subjects including anti-harassment training, employee discipline and documentation, and the Family and Medical Leave Act.
