Rebecca Haciski is an associate in the Litigation/Controversy Department. She joined the firm in 2010.
Past Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Haciski completed a clerkship for the Honorable Nathaniel M. Gorton of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She also volunteered as a staff attorney in the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the District of Maryland, where she argued before the United States District Court for the District of Maryland and briefed an appeal in the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Additionally, she interned in the Office of the Prosecutor at the United Nation’s International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague.
Mrs. Haciski was a 2007 summer associate at WilmerHale. During law school, she also interned at a law firm in Baltimore, Maryland, where she participated in business litigation and insurance regulatory matters. In addition, she served as a research assistant to Professor Kent Greenfield, investigating factors affecting corporate decision making, and contributing to the publication of a book about the meaning of consent. She also participated in a clinic where she represented victims of domestic violence seeking to obtain U-Visas.
