As the founder of David B. Haber, P.A., David B. Haber has successfully litigated multiple complex commercial disputes throughout South Florida. A veteran attorney of 28 years, Mr. Haber has trained under some of the best legal minds in South Florida including the Honorable Alan R. Schwartz, former Chief Judge of the 3rd District Court of Appeals; the Honorable Gerald T. Wetherington, former Chief Judge of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida; the Honorable Judge Robert Shevin, former Florida Attorney General and former Justice of the 3rd District Court of Appeal; and the Honorable Judge Ursula Ungaro. Mr. Haber maintains an "AV" rating from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, the highest rating given to practicing attorneys.

Mr. Haber is known throughout the South Florida community as an aggressive litigator and fierce advocate for his clients. His extensive expertise in complex commercial litigation, combined with his encyclopedic knowledge of case law, enables him to adapt his representation and strategy to each client's case and prevail in trial. In representing the interests of hundreds of clients for decades, Mr. Haber knows that there is only one way to assert his client's interests and that is with experience and forceful conviction.

Mr. Haber's ability to communicate clearly with people of diverse backgrounds and levels of authority has paved the way for positive relationships within the community. His community service includes serving on the Citizen Transportation Advisory Committee (CTAC) for Miami-Dade County, on the Board of Mount Sinai Medical Center Foundation, as contributor to multiple cancer charities, as well as a provider of significant pro bono hours given by both Mr. Haber and other attorneys in the firm. The Dade County Voluntary Bar Association honored him in 1992 with its Pro Bono Award, and he also received the Florida Bar President's Pro Bono Award, 11th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida in 1993.
