Aaron focuses his practice on civil and criminal litigation at both the initial district court level as well as the appellate level. He represents individuals in matters regarding employment rights, labor rights, family law rights, and criminal defense. Aaron also represents small businesses in ordinary business and employment matters.

Aaron obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, SD in 2008, and he obtained his Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law in Saint Paul, MN in 2012. While in law school, Aaron was a Certified Student Attorney for the Second District Public Defender's Office (Ramsey County) for two years and also provided law clerk services for Tentinger Law Firm for eighteen months before joining Tentinger Law Firm as an associate. During law school at William Mitchell, Aaron was a member of the 2011 Rosalie Wahl Moot Court champion team, an active member of the Phi Alpha Delta professional fraternity, and a mentor to several law students through the Alumni Mentor program and the Phi Alpha Delta mentor program.
