Mr. Gurwin formerly served as a worker's compensation judge, and he has decided more cases as a judge than most attorneys have ever tried.  As a judge, he gained a very unique perspective on workers compensation cases.  Unlike most other attorneys, he has seen the cases from "both sides".  He knows what evidence judges find important, and what evidence they find to be not important.  Therefore, he knows what evidence and testimony the judge wants to hear in order for him to rule in your favor.
