Natacha M. Gutierrez has been an attorney for ten years.   She is a native of New Orleans, LA, but now calls Colorado home.

Natacha graduated from Carnegie Mellon University in 1997 with degrees in Industrial Management and Psychology.  While at Carnegie Mellon, Natacha studied abroad at the Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Monterrey Mexico.  There she studied Spanish and International Business.  After college she worked in the health care field, first as a Psychiatric Technician and then as the Clinical Trials Director working on investigator based autoimmune research for Children’s Hospital. After the hospital switched to Pharmaceutical company based research, Natacha decided to make and change and attend law school.  Natacha attended Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, LA.  She received her Juris Doctorate in 2002.  Along with her JD, Natacha received a Certificate in European Legal Studies. 

She began her practice as Natacha M. Hutchinson practicing medical malpractice defense in her native New Orleans, LA.  Natacha started her solo practice in 2003 in New Orleans, LA.  Interrupted by Hurricane Katrina, she began working to diligently restore the criminal justice system as the Program Manager for the Clerk of Criminal District Court before returning to full time legal practice in 2008.

Natacha moved to Colorado in 2010 and began representing Colorado residents in 2011.  Natacha currently helps families recover from life’s mishaps by practicing personal injury, medical malpractice, family law, real estate litigation, and debt settlement.  In addition, Natacha is one only several hundred attorneys in the country accredited by the Veterans Administration to assist military veterans get their benefits.   She is licensed in Colorado, Louisiana, the U.S. Districts Courts for the District of Colorado, the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana, and the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.  Natacha is here to serve the residents of the Denver metro area, including Arapahoe, Douglas and Jefferson counties.
