NANTIYA RUAN is of Counsel at Outten & Golden LLP, New York, NY. She represents employees in employment discrimination and wage and hour class actions, and individuals in other employment matters. Ms. Ruan has represented children in custody disputes, indigent clients in criminal court, and, as a social worker, counseled homeless, pregnant teens and drug-addicted mothers.
Ms. Ruan received her B.A. from Villanova University in 1993, and her M.S.W. and J.D. from the University of Denver in 1999. She is admitted to practice in the states of Colorado, New York, and California.
