Hacker, James E.

Mrs. Rowe has a Business Administration Degree, a Master's of Business Degree, Juris Doctorate in Law, and a specialty certificate in International Law. She is a 1998 graduate of Tulsa University Law School. She spent three semesters studying abroad in London, England at Pepperdine University, Notre Dame, and Florida State Law schools. While living in London, she worked with a Barrister (a criminal trial attorney).
