Mark Roth is a managing member of the firm of Orum & Roth, LLC.
Mr. Roth graduated in the top two percent of his law school class, and was
an editor of the Law Review. Mr. Roth has extensive experience in complex litigation matters. He has represented individuals and corporations in lawsuits throughout the country, including in cases in the United States Supreme Court, Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, Illinois Supreme Court, Illinois Appellate Court, and district and bankruptcy courts throughout the country.
