Mindy Michaels Roth is a co-founder of Britcher, Leone & Roth. Mindy leads the Firm's personal injury practice. In this capacity, she prepares all of the Firm's personal injury cases for trial or arbitration. A substantial portion of her work involves the medical development of injury claims. Mindy is an experienced personal injury litigator, and is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
Mindy is admitted to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court. She also appears before the United States Federal Court of Claims in which she handles injuries caused by routine vaccinations pursuant to the National Vaccine Compensation Program. Mindy has performed this work since the inception of the program in 1988. She has served as a member of the Vaccine Guidelines Committee for the National Vaccine Compensation Program. She has also served as a member of an Ad Hoc Counsel Subcommittee for the Court of Federal Claims Advisory Council. Mindy has participated as a Panelist during the United States Court of Federal Claims National Convention.
Mindy received her bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland and her law degree from Seton Hall University. Mindy is a trustee on the Foundation Board of YCS (Youth Consultation Services) as well as a Member of the Advisory Counsel and the committee to protect the civil rights of the developmentally delayed in the YCS system.
