SCOTT GROVER is a Partner in the firm's Birmingham office, where he practices in the firm's Energy and Litigation Sections. He has a wide range of experience in litigated commercial and intellectual property matters before the state and federal courts of Alabama, at both the trial and appellate level, and in proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission involving rulemakings, policy initiatives and litigated matters under the Federal Power Act. Prior to coming to Balch & Bingham, Mr. Grover served as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Edwin L. Nelson, United States District Judge for the Northern District of Alabama. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Grover worked as a sportswriter.
