Attorney Michael Rosenzweig has an AV® Preeminent™ rating from Martindale-Hubbell and is a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate. He was selected for inclusion in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers^®, an honor awarded to the top five percent of state-wide attorneys, from 2005-2012. Based on the results of Super Lawyers’ ^® selection process, Attorney Rosenzweig was honored as one of the top 100 attorneys in Pennsylvania for 2010-2012 and one of the top 50 attorneys in Pittsburgh for 2008-2012.

Attorney Rosenzweig is an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and currently teaches the course: Advanced Torts. He has also been accorded the honor of being a Fellow of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County since 2002.

As the firm’s Litigation Manager, Attorney Rosenzweig mentors young associates, creates and implements litigation department procedures, and conducts continuing education of the legal staff on litigation strategies, techniques, and breaking legal decisions.

Attorney Rosenzweig has argued appellate cases before both the Superior and Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania. He has represented clients in all types of personal injury cases.

Jury Verdicts and Settlements

Attorney Rosenzweig works hard to recover the money damages our clients deserve whether by settlements or jury verdicts. His accomplishments include six, seven, and eight-figure verdicts. He has successfully tried jury trials in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia.
