Ms. Rosier is an associate in the Subrogation Department and represents property and casualty insurers on a national and regional basis in matters concerning complex commercial and residential property losses involving fire, water, transit and products liability claims. Ms. Rosier is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
Ms. Rosier received her B.S. in 1996 from the Pennsylvania State University. She received her J.D., cum laude, from Widener University School of Law in 2001, where she served as Articles Editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law. Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Rosier served as a law clerk for the Justices of the Massachusetts Superior Court. Ms. Rosier is certified as an arbitrator for the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia.
