Gsanger, John Blaise

Andrew Grossman is a partner in the Litigation/Controversy Department, and a member of the Intellectual Property Practice Group. He joined the firm in 2009.

Practice

Mr. Grossman’s practice focuses on patent litigation, primarily in the electronics, semiconductor and software industries. He has represented clients in federal courts across the country in all aspects of IP litigation, including jury trials and appeals. He also has substantial experience advising clients on IP strategies in connection with transactions such as mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. His areas of technical experience include digital television, LCD displays, computer hardware and software, the Internet, semiconductors, medical devices, biotechnology, data encoding, encryption, copy protection and power supplies.

Professional Activities

Mr. Grossman is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the Federal Circuit Bar Association. He is also a member of the Planning Committee for the University of Southern California Intellectual Property Institute.
