Ms. Rosen has extensive experience representing individuals and group policyholders in disability (ERISA and individual claims), long-term care and life insurance claims in the administrative and litigation processes. Ms. Rosen’s practice focuses on preparing applications for claims, administrative appeals and demands, negotiating lump-sum buyouts and pre-litigation claim resolution in both ERISA and individual claims.

Prior to joining DI Law Group, Ms. Rosen’s practice focused on both private and group disability insurance matters in the administrative and litigation processes. Ms. Rosen has extensive experience in both state and federal court.  

Ms. Rosen is a member of the Florida Bar Association and is admitted to practice in the Southern, Middle and Northern District Courts of Florida and the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Appeals.  She is a member of the American Bar Association (“ABA”) and the American Association for Justice (“AAJ”).

Ms. Rosen was raised in Miami, Florida. She attended college at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communications with a minor in political science and graduated magna cum laude in 1993. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Rosen moved to Washington, D.C. and worked on Capitol Hill for Congressman Peter Deutsch representing the 20th District of Florida. Ms. Rosen left Capital Hill to attend law school at Nova Southeastern in Davie, Florida, where she received a Juris Doctorate in 1998.
