Born in 1976, Ms. Rosen was graduated from Princeton University, cum laude, in 1998, and from NYU Law School, magna cum laude, in 2005. While at NYU, Ms. Rosen was awarded the Lawrence Lederman/Milbank, Tweed Fellowship in Corporate Law and was both a Florence Allen Scholar and a member of Order of the Coif. After graduating from law school, Ms. Rosen was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP from 2005-06, served as a law clerk to the Honorable Carol Bagley Amon, United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, from 2006-07, and to the Honorable Julio Fuentes, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, from 2007-08. Ms. Rosen joined LS&W in 2008.
