Katelyn Rood is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2010.

Past Experience

During law school, Ms. Rood was a summer associate at a firm in Boston where she worked closely with attorneys on commercial real estate matters, including zoning, municipal immunity issues, environmental regulations, powers of corporate officers, bankruptcy, cost overruns and local landlord/tenant laws.

After law school Ms. Rood interned with the Division of Capital Asset Management where she worked on matters relating to state-owned capital assets including zoning issues, compliance with local ordinances, leasing state-owned land and the valuation of state-owned real estate. She also drafted requests for proposals for telecommunications lease sites.
