Grimes, Joanne Lo

Diane Rose has extensive experience in federal and state securities law, including private placements, investment company, and investor adviser and broker-dealer regulation. She is the author of several articles on investment adviser and investment company issues. Since joining Jones Day, Diane's practice has focused primarily on state securities or "blue sky" laws.

Diane is a member of the State Regulation of Securities Committee of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the National Society of Compliance Professionals.
