Rich Rosalez's practice focuses on securities litigation and SEC enforcement matters. Rich has represented major corporations, boards, directors, officers, audit committees, and senior executives in litigation, internal investigations, and investigative and enforcement matters. He has extensive experience representing financial institutions in regulatory investigations initiated by the DOJ, SEC, and FINRA, including numerous representations concerning the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).
Rich also has counseled and represented clients in a variety of other complex commercial, antitrust, securities, and intellectual property litigation matters.
Representative clients have included Allianz Dresdner, Allied Domecq, Ameriprise Financial, Arch Wireless, Avaya, Credit Suisse, Dell, Deutsche Bank, Digital Generation Systems, Ericsson, Gateway, Goldman Sachs, Harrah's Entertainment, JPMorgan Chase, Lehman Brothers, Nintendo, Procter & Gamble, QinetiQ, Time Warner, and UBS.
Rich currently serves as a member of the ad hoc Technology Committee and a web editor and co-chair of the Website Subcommittee of the ABA Section of Litigation Trial Practice Committee. He is also a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, the Dallas Hispanic Bar Association, and the Hispanic National Bar Association.
Rich also has represented pro bono clients in a number of litigation matters.
Prior to joining Jones Day, Rich practiced at Latham & Watkins in New York.
