John Greer’s practice involves client counseling and representation related to business, real estate, litigation, and healthcare law. He has represented small businesses for more than 20 years in matters from start-up to succession. His extensive and varied business litigation experience includes commercial transactions, contract disputes, employment, non-compete, and trade secret matters; shareholder and partnership disputes; and bankruptcy. John also has substantial experience in real estate law, including land use and zoning, boundary disputes, condemnation, and eminent domain, construction contracts, construction defect cases, and mechanics liens. His healthcare law experience includes employment matters, regulatory compliance, False Claims Act and Stark, data disclosure, consents, commitments, Jarvis hearings, and general healthcare litigation.
