Sheadyn R. Rogers founded the firm in 2002 with the purpose and intent to provide legal representation to Texans with excellence and integrity. He was born and raised in Texas, graduated law school from Baylor University Law School in Waco, Texas, and he subsequently excelled in working for several highly successful law firms.
Mr. Rogers is proud to be Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and his specialty involves representing individuals who have suffered from serious personal injury and families who have lost a loved one due to the negligence or intentional conduct of another party. He is also available to assist those with need of legal representation in the areas of personal injury, family law, and civil/business litigation.
Sheadyn R. Rogers has valuable experience in practicing on both sides of the docket representing individual Plaintiffs, as well as Defendants such as doctors, insurance companies, and corporations. This experience, as well as additional training and education in the field of mediation, allows Mr. Rogers the unique ability to identify issues in cases and to serve as a professional mediator (neutral third party) at the request of individuals and attorneys in order to work to resolve their legal disputes utilizing mediation. Mr. Rogers has received professional training in mediation from the University of Texas School of Law and is certified in Advanced Family Law Mediation from the Dispute Resolution Center in Austin, Texas.
