Scott Clayton Greenlee is a personal injury attorney with over 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical, toxic tort, product and premises liability, and construction litigation. Scott’s experience includes participating in the negotiation of the largest Benzene settlement in United States’ history and working on several appeals to the Circuit Courts, including a Jones Act case in the Fifth Circuit. In addition, Scott has contributed in the settlement and litigation of several multimillion dollar cases, including a recent primary pulmonary hypertension case.
In 1994, Scott graduated from the University of Houston with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology. He received his Juris Doctorate from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law in 1998. Following law school, Scott began working in civil litigation and gained significant experience in personal injury law.
Scott is a member of the Texas Bar Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. In his free time, Scott enjoys camping and four-wheeling with his wife and son.
