Greenwald, Thomas A.

I am an experienced trial attorney who has tried over 150 cases over the past 27 years. I started my career as a Monroe County Assistant District Attorney in the Town, City, County and Supreme Courts in and around Rochester and Monroe County. I was then appointed to a position as an Assistant United States Attorney for the Western District of New York, assigned to prosecute complex narcotics cases in the Federal District and Circuit Courts. I received numerous awards for my skills as a prosecutor. In 1993, I started my own practice concentrating in criminal and civil trial work. Since that time, I have appeared in most every state and federal count in Rochester, Monroe County, the surrounding Counties and New York State.

I have developed a reputation for being an honest, respected and successful litigator who fights hard for his clients. I understand that a legal case can change the course of a client’s life, freedom and career. That is why my clients can expect a personal, no nonsense approach to their case. I take the time to make my clients fully aware of their decisions affecting the case. My approach to clients’ case and litigation has been recognized by my colleagues when I was nominated to receive the Charles F. Crimi Award by the Monroe County Bar Association.
