Daniel Greenfield came to Georgia from North Carolina, where he obtained his undergraduate degree in communications at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, followed by a fifteen year career in broadcasting. In 1997, Mr. Greenfield moved to Macon to attend law school at Mercer University, where he was a published member of the Law Review. He and his wife Sarah have been West Georgia residents for ten years.
Prior to joining the Jack F. Witcher law firm in 2003, Mr. Greenfield served as a Staff Attorney for both the Superior Courts of Georgia (Atlantic Circuit) and the Georgia Court of Appeals. Currently, he represents clients in all areas of law, with a focus on civil litigation and both civil and criminal appeals. Mr. Greenfield has extensive courtroom experience, which ranges from arguing important points of law in front of judges (known as “motion practice”), to conducting jury trials. He is also an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association.
