Joshua Rogers has been representing the insurance industry in complex insurance coverage and litigation matters throughout the Southwest and other parts of the country for over ten years. He has extensive experience in the analysis and litigation of complex insurance claims and coverage in both the first-party and third-party contexts. Mr. Rogers’ expertise extends to many lines of insurance including automobile, property, general liability, and professional responsibility. A significant portion of Mr. Rogers' practice involves representing insurance companies in defense of insurance bad faith claims as well.
Mr. Rogers speaks and writes frequently on insurance law topics. Mr. Rogers is one of three associate authors for Couch On Insurance 3d, a nationally recognized authoritative treatise on insurance law, and is a contributing author to the Bad Faith chapter in the soon to be published Arizona Tort Law Handbook. Mr. Rogers has also served as a faculty member on several seminar panels both for the legal profession and in presentations to insurance clients. Mr. Rogers was recently selected as a Rising Star in the SOUTHWEST SUPERLAWYERS®.
Mr. Rogers currently serves in a number of volunteer activities both professionally and in the community, including participation on the State Bar of Arizona’s Civil Practice and Procedure Committee and service as a Judge Pro Tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court.
