Jeffrey Rogers is an Attorney in the firm's Regulatory and Government Affairs Department, and a member of the Antitrust and Competition Practice Group. He joined the firm in 1999.
Practice
Mr. Rogers' practice involves numerous areas of antitrust and competition law, particularly the merger review process and other issues at the intersection of antitrust, international and corporate law. He has assisted in all aspects of securing clearance for mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures, both domestic and international, specializing in the coordination and supervision of worldwide, multinational merger competition filings. He has also assisted in all aspects of the domestic merger review process, as well as other various governmental and private litigations arising therefrom, involving both the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission.
Since joining the firm, Mr. Rogers has assisted in well over 50 mergers, investigations and antitrust litigations under both the United States Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. He has also assisted in multiple international competition filings, including, but not limited to, the European Union, Brazil, Germany, France, Mexico and South Korea.
Professional Activities
Mr. Rogers is a member of the International Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
