Mr. Greaves' practice involves the counseling of clients in a wide range of corporate and transactional issues including the formation of business entities, mergers and acquisitions, management, strategic relationships, corporate finance and other fundamental business changes.
Mr. Greaves received a Public Law Institute Fellowship with the Appleseed Fund for Justice. Mr. Greaves served an internship with the Honorable Judge F. Ray Price, Supreme Court of Missouri. He also served an internship with the Honorable Judge E. Richard Webber, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Missouri, Eighth Circuit.

- Represented a media holding company in connection with a series of business line dispositions with an aggregate purchase price in excess of $20,000,000.
- Represents a major national banking association as lender and administrative agent in connection with various syndicated commercial credit facilities including:
- a $50,000,000 revolving credit facility with fundings available in U.S. Dollars, Sterling, Euros and Rupees to borrowers in the electronic financial transactions business and supported by guaranties from subsidiaries organized and operating in over 20 countries around the world;
- a $50,000,000 revolving credit facility with a cement company; and
- credit facilities with an insurance brokerage company including a $40,000,000 revolving credit facility and a $15,000,000 term loan facility.
- Acts as outside general corporate counsel to a water management company which focuses on beneficial use of wastewater produced in the gas industry including the development of the company's standard contracts, and the negotiation of service agreements and vendor agreements.
- Represents a manufacturing company in connection with various financing transactions including its $30,000,000 asset backed revolving credit facility and $8,500,000 term loan facility and its equipment leasing program it offers to certain customers.
- Acts as outside general counsel to a farming operation in western Kansas including in connection with its negotiations with a City and a beef processor for the rights to certain wastewater for beneficial use as irrigation water.
- Represents a salt company, as borrower in connection with its $31,000,000 asset backed credit facilities.
- Represents an insurance premium finance company in connection with its securitization of accounts receivable and related security.
