Born in Guatemala and was brought to the United States when he was only two years old. He can read, write, and speak English and Spanish. He lived in Annapolis until he was twelve. William moved to Columbia and has lived there ever since. He is the first in his family to have attended college and graduated with an Associates degree in Business from Howard Community College. William has always demonstrated strong leadership skills and loves helping the community. He came to Portner & Shure to work hard and do the right thing by helping injured accident clients understand we are here to help them. He works hard to get the job done and in his mind "Whereever there is a Will there is a way".
