Todd Rodman is a partner in the Worcester, Massachusetts law firm of Seder & Chandler, LLP, where he has developed a broad-ranging real estate practice. He represents individuals, companies, financial institutions, non-profits, pension funds, and others in connection with the acquisition, sale, leasing, management, permitting, construction and financing of commercial and residential properties. Prior to joining Seder & Chandler, he was a lawyer in the real estate practice group of Hutchins, Wheeler & Dittmar in Boston. He has also served as general counsel of the Wonder Market Companies, a regional supermarket and shopping center company. He is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MS in Real Estate Development and Finance), the Washington College of Law and the University of Michigan. Mr. Rodman is the co-chair of the Worcester County Bar Association's Real Estate Section, a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association's Real Estate Council and is a member of the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association's Real Estate Section. He was the Chairman of the Mayor of Worcester's Ad Hoc Zoning Committee (2008 - 2009) and is a current member of the Mayor of Worcester's Brownfield's Committee. He is a Director of the YMCA of Central Massachusetts, the Worcester Regional Research Bureau and the Martin Luther King, Jr. Business Empowerment Center, and is involved with numerous other community organizations.
