Texas native John Robinson has been a practicing attorney with the law firm of Bailey & Galyen since January 1992. He manages the firm's Irving and Dallas offices as well as its Dallas County Criminal Law Department.
Board-certified in criminal law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization for more than a decade, Mr. Robinson brings a high level of expertise to his practice. DWI LICENSE SUSPENSION RESULTS:
Many of Mr. Robinson's clients have avoided their drivers license being suspended subsequent to a DWI arrest through successful advocacy at the administrative license revocation hearing. Many of these cases are dismissed or the Administrative Judge found against the Department of Public Safety after a contested hearing.
