Angelo Grasso is an associate at Greenfield Stein & Senior, LLP, specializing in trusts & estates related litigation. Angelo has been involved in numerous Surrogate’s and Supreme Court proceedings and trials in myriad areas related to estates, including defending and probating wills, objections to accountings, recovering assets wrongfully withheld from trusts and estates, and removing fiduciaries. Angelo has served as lead counsel on trials before the Surrogate’s and Supreme Court and on appeals to the Appellate Division.
Angelo received his juris doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2002. He was an associate editor of the American Criminal Law Review, and co-authored the article Money Laundering for the Sixteenth Survey on White Collar Crime. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University in 1999, where he majored in History and wrote his senior thesis on the history of American anarchism.
Prior to joining Greenfield Stein & Senior, Angelo was an associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel, where he litigated commercial, real estate, bankruptcy and securities disputes, and at Mongelli, P.C. and Littman Krooks LLP, where he specialized in trusts & estates and commercial litigation.
Angelo is a member of the New York State, New York City and Westchester County Bar Associations, in the Trusts & Estates Litigation Divisions. He resides in Westchester with his wife Hilary and their bearded collie, Molly.
