STEPHEN D. GRAEFF earned his B.A. (cum laude) from The American University in 1972 and his J.D. degree (with honors) from The George Washington University in 1975.
Mr. Graeff has over thirty years experience in handling criminal and civil disputes including the defense of complex white collar corporate investigations and prosecutions, commercial litigation and dispute resolution, employment litigation and dispute resolution and antitrust litigation and dispute resolution. Drawing on his experience with the United States Department of Justice's General Crimes and Frauds Sections and the New York State Attorney General's Office of the Special Prosecutor as well as acting as outside general counsel for ongoing business concerns, Mr. Graeff has developed the diverse legal skill set necessary to navigate the complex and overlapping issues confronting today's businesses and their principals. In addition to acting as a Special Assistant Attorney General in New York State, while at the Justice Department, Mr. Graeff served as a Special Assistant United States Attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia.
