Mr. Robbins has been practicing law in New Hampshire and Maine for over 30 years. His practice originally included general civil and criminal litigation, administrative law, municipal law, wills, probate, and representation of small businesses. Personal injury and workers' compensation have been a significant part of his practice for the past thirty years, and for the past fifteen years he has virtually limited his practice to New Hampshire and these two areas.
During the course of his career Mr. Robbins was a member of the New Hampshire Workers' Compensation Appeals Board, a member of the New Hampshire Association of Justice, a member of the New Hampshire Board of Arbitration and Conciliation, and President of the New Hampshire Bar Association.
Mr. Robbins has also made presentations at many CLE panels in New Hampshire, primarily in the area of workers' compensation and personal injury, as well as on issues relating to various liens against plaintiffs and claimants.
