Mr. Gordon is a litigator representing multiple national and international corporations. He conducts all aspects of civil litigation for Fortune 50 companies in practice areas including products liability, catastrophic motor vehicle and aviation litigation, general liability, construction and commercial litigation. Based out of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Mr. Gordon frequently appears in both state and federal courts and has litigated matters throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Ansa Assuncao, Mr. Gordon was with the Philadelphia office of DLA Piper US LLP. While there, Mr. Gordon obtained favorable results across the country in numerous cases for national and international corporations. He also mentored young litigators as an in-house training lecturer for the world's largest law firm.

Mr. Gordon built the foundation for his extensive litigation experience in the United States Marine Corps, where he served as a Marine Judge Advocate. After graduating as the top lawyer at the Officer Candidate School, the Basic Officer Course and the Naval Justice School, Mr. Gordon served as a Marine prosecutor and a Special Assistant to the United States Attorney. Mr. Gordon handled a wide variety of serious criminal matters including larcenies, drug trafficking offenses, sexual assaults and rape cases.

Mr. Gordon's experience led to his assignment as an evidence instructor at the Naval Justice School, the institute responsible for training all Judge Advocates from the Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard in preparation for assignment as litigators. Mr. Gordon quickly gained a reputation as one of the Department of the Navy's foremost experts on evidentiary issues. He was frequently consulted by lawyers and commanders throughout the Department of Defense and was called upon to serve as a guest lecturer for the most senior uniformed trial attorneys in all of the services.

Before leaving the Marine Corps, Mr. Gordon led over 40 international training missions. These missions included the training of Iraqi Special Tribunal (IST) investigators in anticipation of the trials of Saddam Hussein and other Baath Party officials, the design and execution of training with the Iraqi Army in the development of Standing Rules of Engagement and the development of criminal procedure and disciplinary codes with the Afghan National Army.

Mr. Gordon currently serves as an adjunct professor of trial practice at Villanova University's School of Law. He lives in suburban Philadelphia with his wife, Shannon, and their three children.
