- Represented family whose 16-year-old daughter died post-operative in a medical malpractice claim against dentist and hospital. Case was settled for significant amount and family felt vindicated and grateful.
- Represented veteran in criminal matter where a sentence of 1 year was offered by the A.D.A. Client ended up doing a lot less time as a result of attorney advocacy.
- Represented a U.S. citizen married to a foreign national. Initially denied adjustment but then successful in getting foreign national permanent resident status.
