Diane Gorczyca has represented and advised a wide variety of corporate clients in product liability, toxic tort and environmental multi-party litigation since 1995. She has extensive discovery, deposition, law and motion, settlement and trial experience in both state and federal courts. For the past several years, her practice has been focused primarily in handling asbestos litigation matters for manufacturer and premises clients. At Perkins Coie, she defends construction product and automobile component manufacturers against asbestos claims throughout California. She is involved in preparing all aspects of key defense strategies and is responsible for developing and implementing investigation and discovery plans, taking plaintiff and percipient witness depositions, taking and defending expert witness depositions, preparing and arguing dispositive and trial motions, and trial preparation.
