Goodman, Theodore

Born November 26, 1950, David Duff graduated from the College of William and Mary in 1973, and obtained his law degree from the College of William & Mary Law School in 1976. He handles civil litigation matters of any nature, but has concentrated his legal practice in the areas of family law, which includes divorce and separation, child support and spousal support (alimony), custody and visitation, division of marital property and appeals, as well as plaintiff's personal injury and legal malpractice. He has conducted more than 200 jury trials in the Commonwealth of Virginia, including Fairfax County, Arlington, Alexandria, Loudoun County, Prince William and Warrenton.

His practice is inspired by the strong leadership and devoted service of his father, The Honorable Charles H. Duff, who was a circuit court judge in Arlington County for thirteen years, before becoming a member of the original Virginia Court of Appeals.
