Jessica Riggin primarily represents plaintiffs in employment and class action litigation. Prior to joining Rukin Hyland Doria & Tindall LLP, Jessica clerked for Hon. David O. Carter of the Central District of California.
Jessica graduated from Columbia University School of Law, where she was awarded the Hamilton Fellowship, a full tuition merit scholarship, and was a James Kent Scholar and Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. While at Columbia, Jessica interned at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and at the ACLU Women's Rights Project. She also externed at the Queens District Attorney's Office Domestic Violence Bureau in New York, where she prosecuted misdemeanor domestic violence cases. Jessica has also worked for a non-governmental organization in India on human trafficking issues.
Jessica graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Boston College with her A.B. in Psychology.
