Goodman, Bruce D.

Mr. Duff has experience with a wide variety of intellectual property cases. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in patent infringement suits, copyright infringement matters, and trade secret misappropriation disputes. Mr. Duff has experience in all aspects of litigation, including pre-trial strategy, fact and expert discovery, trial and appellate practice. He also works with clients in preparing freedom to operate opinions, including opinions of patent non-infringement and invalidity. In addition, Mr. Duff has prosecuted patent applications and applications for trademark registration.

Complex Commercial Litigation

Mr. Duff also has significant experience in complex commercial litigation. He has represented large and small corporations in a variety of commercial matters, ranging from product liability to fraud suits.

Prior to joining RMMS, Mr. Duff was an associate at Ice Miller LLP and Winston & Strawn LLP. Before that, Mr. Duff served as a law clerk to the Honorable John Paul Godich, United States Chief Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of Indiana.
