Mr. Draper is the managing partner of the firm. He has practiced law for nearly 30 years. He currently serves as the City Attorney for the City of Lake Geneva handling municipal issues, as well as, municipal prosecutions. Mr. Draper previously served on the Wisconsin Land Council, which is responsible for overseeing the Wisconsin Smart Growth Law and administering grants to municipalities for the development of master plans. In addition to his responsibilities as City Attorney, Mr. Draper practices social security and worker's compensation law representing clients who have been denied benefits. He is a member of the Wisconsin Association of Worker's Compensation Attorneys and National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives. He also represents the victims of personal injuries. Mr. Draper also practices in the area of civil and criminal defense.
Mr. Draper is an active member of the Walworth community. He is a founding director of both the Walworth County Literacy Council and the Lake Geneva Area Youth Basketball Association. He continues to serve as a director in both organizations. For the past 10 years he has students from Badger High School in mock trial competitions sponsored by the State Bar of Wisconsin.
Mr. Draper is an avid sailor and enjoys golf and travel, when he has time.
