Ms. Golliher is experienced in the areas of real estate, business and construction law. Her practice areas include all aspects of civil litigation and dispute resolution in all
California
and Federal courts, government hearings, arbitrations and mediations in the areas of business, real estate and construction law. Ms. Golliher has represented clients in various matters including disputes regarding title and ownership of real property, real property transactions, easement and boundary disputes, construction payment issues, construction defect issues, public and private contract disputes, commercial matters, improperly executed or recorded documents, lien priority disputes, fraud and insurance coverage issues. She also assists clients with the formation and maintenance of corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, as well as business contracts and agreements.
Prior to joining The Williams Firm, Ms. Golliher was a partner in the Northern California Office of Dale, Braden and Hinchliffe, an associate with the Oakland firm of McInerney & Dillon and an attorney in the Law Department of Pacific Gas & Electric Company in
San Francisco
. Ms. Golliher received her Juris Doctorate from University of California,
Berkeley
, Boalt Hall School of Law in 1985.
