David Goldstein is an experienced litigator and transactional attorney, concentrating his practice on commercial and bankruptcy litigation, antitrust, copyright, trademark, and computer law, creditors' rights, and business transactions.
After four years in private practice, Mr. Goldstein joined the Arizona Attorney General's Antitrust Division, representing the State of Arizona in major antitrust class actions.
Mr. Goldstein is a contributing author to the State Bar's Arizona Civil Remedies Handbook and has written articles for several legal publications. He also has served as a director and president of the Phoenix Industrial Development Authority and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Gomper's Habilitation Center.
Mr. Goldstein's clientele includes nationally-known and publicly-traded companies, banks, manufacturers, real estate development and management companies, as well as computer service and software vendors. He has litigated in the federal, state, and bankruptcy courts. He is also a trained mediator, specializing in commercial and intellectual property disputes listed with the United States Bankruptcy Court as a court-appointed mediator for the District of Arizona. Mr. Goldstein's extensive training and commitment to the legal field has earned him a significant rating accomplishment with the highest attorney peer ranking on Martindale Hubbell.
Mr. Goldstein earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California, where he graduated magna cum laude and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. His law degree is from Harvard Law School, where he was a finalist in the Ames Moot Court Competition.
